• Check there is free storage on the Fire Stick or box
• Install system updates, then restart the device — not just the app

Problem 4: Login errors

Copy the username, password and server URL exactly as sent on WhatsApp. If you ordered only a few minutes ago, wait for activation. If it still fails, message support rather than guessing a new password.

Problem 5: Picture but no sound

Check TV and soundbar volume, try another channel, and restart the app. A temporary decode glitch on one stream is more common than a broken subscription.

What internet speed is enough?

HD is usually fine from about 20 Mbps. 4K is more comfortable from 50 Mbps with a stable connection. Peak speed matters less than a connection that does not drop. See also the FAQ.

Should you use a VPN?

A VPN can add delay. If you already have one, try a stream without it first so you can tell whether the VPN is the bottleneck.
